Armidale District Court serves the Northern Tablelands region of New South Wales. Armidale is located roughly halfway between Sydney and Brisbane and sits at the junction of the New England Highway and Waterfall Way. The city also has an airport approximately six kilometres from the centre.
The court itself dates back to 1859 and is recognised as an example of Classical Revival architecture. It is located at 5 Moore Street and is around a 25-minute walk from Armidale Train Station.
