Cessnock Correctional Centre is a minimum and medium-security facility for male offenders on the Cessnock Correctional Complex in the Hunter Valley, about 151km north-west of Sydney. The complex also includes Hunter and Shortland correctional centres.

Visits and contact
Bookings are required for in-person and video visits. Lockers are available free in the visits waiting area. Bring current photo identification, such as a driver licence or passport. For urgent information about a person in custody, call the centre, choose option 1 for Cessnock, then press 9. Before travelling, call to confirm the booking.
