Coonamble District Court serves the central-western plains of New South Wales. The town of Coonamble is located on the Castlereagh Highway, north-west of Gilgandra, and is part of a largely rural and agricultural region.

The Coonamble Court was built in 1884 and remains an important regional justice facility. The District Court and Local Court operate from the same court and share contact details.
