About this centre
Goulburn Correctional Centre is a maximum and minimum-security facility for men on the Goulburn Correctional Complex in the Southern Tablelands, about 197km south-west of Sydney. The High Risk Management Correctional Centre is also located on the complex.
What this centre is used for
The centre holds maximum and minimum-security male inmates, including long-sentence and high-security prisoners.
Visits and contact
Bookings for video and in-person visits are required and can be made by phone or through JUST Connect. Both visit types run on Saturdays and Sundays. Legal visits run Monday to Friday and should be booked 24 hours in advance. The centre uses mobile phone jamming technology and cannot accept NSW Digital Driver Licences as identification. Before travelling, call to confirm the visit and visiting time.
