Kirkconnell Correctional Centre is a minimum-security facility for male offenders located between Lithgow and Bathurst, about 180km west of Sydney and roughly 34km west of Lithgow on the Great Western Highway.

The centre holds minimum-security male inmates and supports work and reintegration activities.
Visits and contact
Bookings for video and in-person visits are required and can be made online through JUST Connect. First-time visitors should email the centre for a Visitor Identification Number (VIN) application form. In-person visits run Saturday and Sunday. Legal practitioners may visit Monday to Friday by AVL or in person; note there are limited AVL facilities at the centre. The centre cannot accept NSW Digital Driver Licences as identification. Before travelling, call to confirm the visit and visiting time.
